President

Liam Kelly

President

Liam Kelly is the son of the founding father and namesake of the company, William (Bill) Kelly. Liam began working in the company when he was 17 years old starting at the very ground level and has worked his way up through every single level of the company: Labourer, Journeyman, Superintendent, Project Manager, General Manager, and finally to his current position as President. Liam has run, managed, and supervised every size of project in his day. Today as President, he is proving his strength as a savvy businessman by advancing the company into new growth areas and creating a company that is proud and strong. Liam shows leadership not only with the corporate group, but contributes to the industry through his involvement with industry committees. He is a Red Seal Ticketed Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter, and is Gold Seal Certified.

Sean Kelly

General Manager
With WKS Since August of 2000. Sean is a Red Seal Ticketed Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter. Completed projects as site superintendant in both Vancouver and San Diego. Moved into office into current position as Estimator / Project Manager.
Duties Include:
- Estimator, Design Assist and Procurement
- Project Management as required in office and field
- Project set-up and mobilization

Ron Sandau

Construction Manager
With WKS since February of 1986. Ron is a Red Seal Ticketed Journeymen Plumber/Gasfitter. Began as labourer and worked through apprentice, journeyman, and superintendent positions to current title.
Duties include:
- Manages several major size projects in Alberta, BC and California as Site Superintendent and Project Manager
- Oversee project management, design, schedule, labor, training, and budget requirements
- Manages service and warranty for clients and homeowners
Labor: Hiring, Apprenticeships; Scheduling & Training

Greg Trojanoski

Operations Manager
With WKS since September 2003. Greg is a Red Seal Licensed Plumber/Gas Fitter. Apprenticed as a plumber with WKS and moved up through the field into current position
- Duties include:
- Supervised multiple projects in San Diego, Vancouver and Alberta
- Project manager for projects in Fort McMurray (oil sands)

Chief Financial Officer
Andrea is a CPA, CA trained accountant with 15+ years experience in the construction industry working on residential, commercial and government projects. Andrea is responsible for the controllership of the WKS group of companies.

Doris Amaral

Receptionist & Office Assistant
With WKS since March 2013. Doris has Over 10 years of administrative experience in varied industries.
Duties include:
- All general office duties
- Organize all corporate functions
- Co-ordinate and manage all corporate and field supplies

Ian Hope

Senior Project Manager
With WKS since May 2001. Ian is a Red Seal Journeyman Plumber / B ticket Gas Fitter. Achieved journeyman ticket with WKS and has since provided varied office support.
Duties Include:
- Foreman on projects in Vancouver, Alberta & Saskatchewan
- Superintendent on projects in Saskatchewan
- AutoCAD layout of drawings
- Provides electronic material and labour take-offs
